Directions: Best served 1-2 times daily. Ingredients: 3 eggs + 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature (or 3/4 cup vegetable oil) Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9"x13" pan. 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and butter (or vegetable oil). Add entire brownie mix. Whisk until well combined, then spread evenly into greased pan. 3. Bake for 20-23 minutes. Brownies are done when a toothpick inserted 1 inch from the edge of the pan comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack, then cut and serve. Store baked brownies in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Brownies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
