2. New carbon brushes wear out quickly. This situation is mostly caused by uneven commutator. Check whether the rotor is uneven.
3. After the new carbon brush is installed on the machine, if the wire is burned out, please stop using it immediately, check the device, and be prepared to avoid other damage. Such conditions are desoldering, short circuit, dust, etc.
