how to use:
Step 1: Clean and polish the physical .
Step 2: Heat the of the base metal until the temperature of the welding wire reaches the working temperature of 380℃~400℃. Therefore, the heat transfer wire of the base material can be used to form the weld. When the temperature of the base metal is sufficiently high, flame should not be used. It flows well and penetrates into the metal capillary.
The third step: when repairing thin aluminum, just heat the aluminum-based metal to a suitable working temperature, and then use the steel wire to friction and melt back and forth to form a weld. Only the metal wire melted by the metal brush can be welded at the welding seam.
Step 4: Use propane gas to weld objects, use industrial gas or induction heating device to heat and weld large objects, and cool down naturally after welding.
Applications in life:
It can be used for various heat sources such as propane and oxyacetylene. Severely corroded or oily white metals, and even aluminum alloys that cannot be repaired can be repaired.
