It was too small

Shoe size not adequate. Color does not correspond well to the photos that advertise the shoes. Requested the return as per pre-sale information. Edit 07.11.2025 After 5 days of waiting, I receive the shipping instructions to be able to make the return. Too bad they force me to send the shoes back to Hong Kong!! This is the address they provided me, as if I hadn't purchased them through their website. Costs that cover the value of the shoes, with all the associated risks, assuming the location is the right one. Yet they have locations in Europe As per the attached screenshot, the information that the return must be made to China is not provided. Deceptive is the term by which the site can be defined. I won't add anything else, I should use inconvenient terms; let everyone draw their own conclusions. Shameful!
