How to use the product: Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. UV protection measures. Regularly use sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher. Other ways to block UV rays are as follows: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
