Product ok and easy to install but the packaging gives a very bad first impression. All the plastic bags (main and for the small parts and screws) are dirty, covered with black dust.

This one has a small dent and as I imagine I can't ask for compensation either, I haven't done so.

The product was packaged untidily: the paper wrapper was crumpled. But the hanger itself is like in the picture. I assembled it, but haven't screwed it on yet. I think everything will be fine.
