Directions for use: Dilute 1 1/2 teaspoons in 1 cup (8 oz) of water, 1 teaspoon in 1 pint (16 oz) of water, or 1/2 cup in 1 gallon of water. Drink 2 to 3 glasses of diluted Electrolyve® liquid electrolyte daily or take as directed.
