dmBio spaghetti is carefully made in Italy from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina using traditional methods. The semolina is partially ground so that the components of the grain layer are retained in the spaghetti. The pasta dough is pressed through traditional bronze moulds. This gives the pasta a rougher surface that absorbs the sauce especially well. Our spaghetti is ideal for casseroles or pasta salads. It's especially good when used with premium dmBio pasta sauce or pesto.
