One side is an SPD pedal, the other is a flat pedal - one side is an SPD-compatible clipless pedal, improving pedaling efficiency and allowing for easy walking off the bike. The other side has a flat platform, allowing for use with regular shoes on city bikes. The non-slip pins and wide pedal tread provide increased grip, less slippage, and greater comfort and control. A pair of SPD cleats is included. Easy Maintenance - The Mamba features a patented Grease Renew System (GRS), and the pedal's grease holes allow for easy, clean pedal grease refills. It only takes 60 seconds!

Axle - Durable CrMo axles with sealed cartridge bearings are built to last. DU bushings provide a smooth, responsive feel when pedaling. Plus, the international standard 9/16-inch axle makes it compatible with most mountain bikes.
