How to use the product: Shake well before use. Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply if: Immediately after swimming or sweating for 80 minutes, at least once every 2 hours. How to protect against UV rays: Broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher. Use blockers regularly. Other ways to block UV rays are as follows: Avoid outdoor activities, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat and sunglasses. For infants under 6 months, consult a doctor.
