4 stars because you should remember that you want something very inexpensive. Given the low price, you can be satisfied. Quality is commensurate with the price. Workmanship is normally good. Looks bigger in pictures, but there are also far fewer women than German women. So the bags look bigger. The handles quickly become unsightly after a lot of use, but then you sew new ones on!
