This and the other 4 kaftans we ordered took ages and ages to arrive. But worse, this one and 3 others are easily 3 sizes too small: badly made and made from awful material. 2 arrived damaged with holes, which must have happened in the factory. Also, they're all far too short. Out of the 5 different kaftans we ordered, only one was the true size and fits fine BUT still was badly made. Both its side seams are of different lengths and the material isn't what was expected but it's ok. BE WARNED, trying to arrange returns for these damaged, poorly made and undersized garments is impossible so far, due to Joom's idiotic and not fit for purpose returns instructions, on their site and APP. None of it is possible which makes me wonder if it's all a SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING JOOM IT'S BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and if we're not refunded I'll be reporting them to many as well as TRUSTPILOT.
