Directions for use: 2 scoops (scoops included) of Dymatize Elite Casein in 200-240 ml (10-12 oz) of your favorite beverage. For optimal results, take at night before bed or instead of a snack, or as a stable-release amino acid. It is recommended to take it when needed.
